This festival for unnoticed live art takes place in an undisclosed Dutch city and shows artworks in public spaces, hiding in normality. The language, used to express the works, fits in the average social behavior and, because of that, remains unnoticed to bystanders. The artists sent their concepts as manuals. In the festival the chosen works are carried out by a group of volunteers who have a double roll. They are participants as well as audience. They are responsible for realizing the performances in the best possible way and, doing that, they can fully experience the works. In fact they become part of it. The public is not excluded, but it is actually embedded. The passers-by are accidental and unaware of the occasion. The Unnoticed Art Festival was founded by Frans Van Lent.
