Because of COVID-19 and the requirtements of distancing, Dinner 59 #48 became the first ZOOM dinner. To accomodate participants from around the world, the ZOOM Dinner grew to a ZOOM BreakfastLunchDinner 59 #48. Many of the remote participants cooked dishes from pages 59 of their own Cookbooks or joined us for a glass of wine or for a Birthday cupcake. Dasha Fillipova recited a Poem by the 14th Century Persian Poet Hafiz from a 59th page. 59 Corks and drink with 59 basil leaves by Rino Telaro and Candida Morelli.
