Part of the Odds and Ends exhibition at the Active Space Gallery in Bushwick in April 2014, the series Cutouts and Links explores the recycling theme, serendipity and connectivity, and examines the contradicting notions such as lost/found, rejected/accepted, trash/glamour, chaos/structure, impulsive/rigid, flat/3D. Cutouts and Links unite Project 59 items with works made from fabric cutouts, once rescued on the streets of Cologne.
